Q. What's the to love & be loved returns policy?

Sometimes you just might think that your new purchase isn’t for you after all, don’t worry we all do it!

Here at to love & be loved ltd, we prefer to provide a “good will” returns policy. So if you would like to return your item, please let us know by emailing: info@toloveandbeloved.co.uk, within 14 days of purchase.

As you can expect, any returns eligible for a refund will need to be unused/unwashed, in the same condition as received and repackaged carefully with the original packaging. Without this we will not be able to reimburse you.

Once we have received the item(s) and assessed to be within the above requirements, to love & be loved ltd will be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately we will not be able to contribute to your returns postage and you will be solely responsible for this cost, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.

It’s advisable for items worth over £20, you use a trackable postage service as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items. to love & be loved ltd can not be held responsible for an item lost in transit.

Q. My item(s) has arrived but its unfortunately faulty/damaged, what can I do?

Sorry to hear your parcels arrived not as expected, we do take the utmost care to ensure all of our items are packaged the best that we can before they leave.

Sometimes things happen out of our control, so please don't worry, just drop us an email at: info@toloveandbeloved.co.uk with your details, a description of the issue and a photo.

Please let us know within 7 days of receipt that your items are faulty or damaged, we will then be able to asses and if appropriate offer you a full refund or exchange.

Q. What's the delivery process and cost?

We aim to dispatch all in stock, UK orders, within three to five working days and typically much faster where we can. If there are any issues with your order, we will send you an email to let you know.

To love & be loved ltd have a standard UK delivery rate of £3.95. This cost is for mainland UK only.

Please contact us for non mainland UK and international shipping rates.

Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail and larger items via a professional courier service.

Q. Do you ship overseas?

Of course, but please contact us for delivery costs.

Q. Will my personal payment details be secure?

Yes, to protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We use Pay-pal as a payment gateway, and the great thing is you do not need to be signed up to Pay-pal to use their services.

To love & be loved do not store any payment details and comply with industry best practices and standards, please refer to the Privacy policy for further information.

Q. What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock we will try our utmost to re-source this for you and let you know within 3 working days, if this is not possible we will contact you asap.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We can take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay-pal, so hopefully that's everyone covered.

Q. I have missed something off my order, can I add to it?

Once you have submitted your order and your payment processed, you will unfortunately not be able to add any further items to that particular order. However, please send us an email: info@toloveandbeloved.co.uk straight away confirming your details and order number and we will be able to send you a free delivery code to enable you to process a separate order without being charged again for delivery. Please note this code will need to be used within 24 hours.
