Sometimes you just might think that your new purchase isn’t for you after all, don’t worry we all do it!
Here at to love and be loved ltd, we prefer to provide a “good will” returns policy. So if you would like to return your item, please let us know by emailing: email@example.com, within 14 days of purchase.
As you can expect any returns eligible for a refund will need to be unused/unwashed, in the same condition as received and repackaged carefully with the original packaging or we will not be able to reimburse you.
Once we have received the item(s) and assessed to be within the above requirements, to love and be loved ltd will be more than happy to refund or exchange.
Unfortunately we will not be able to contribute to your returns postage and you will be solely responsible for this cost, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods. If the item(s) are damaged, please email us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and a photo.
It’s advisable that any item worth over £30, then please consider using a trackable postage service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
If you have not received your items within 30 days of your order you must contact us within a maximum of 40 days or we will not be accountable for the loss.
